What "design partner" means in practice

This isn't a beta program. Partners commit to a 90-day co-design engagement: a kickoff working session with our founders, bi-weekly build reviews, and direct input on which integrations, analytics, and governance features ship first.

In return, you get the platform installed in your environment (or in dedicated infrastructure we operate for you), implementation partner support, a named CSM, and founding-rate pricing that stays locked through year two. After GA, pricing resets and the founding tier closes.

Which CRMs and ERPs do you integrate with?
Our REST API is live today, so any system that can make HTTP calls can integrate. HubSpot has a dedicated sync. Native in-app embeds for Salesforce (LWC), HubSpot, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, and SAP are in active development with our design partners, with priority based on partner demand.
Do we have to do the CRM integration ourselves?
No. Certified implementation partners handle deal-history migration, data capture maturity work, integration setup, and rep training. We'll match you to a partner based on your CRM, ERP, and team scale.
Is MarginArc self-hosted today?
Not yet. Self-hosted is being built with our design partners. If you have a compliance requirement that precludes SaaS, apply to the program. We'll tell you honestly whether your target timeline fits the rollout.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
Not at this time. We operate per-tenant isolation, TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, privacy-preserving aggregation on pooled analytics, and enterprise SSO. DPA (GDPR and CCPA) and pre-answered security questionnaires are available on request.
Does my deal data train a model that other customers benefit from?
No. Your deal contents stay yours. Our scoring improves through proprietary research and aggregate k-anonymized patterns within your own Circles. Individual deals never surface to anyone outside your account.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Full CSV and JSON export from the admin portal on request. Self-hosted customers have direct database access by default.
What happens if I leave?
Full data export on termination. No exit fees. Your historical deals and scored outcomes go with you.
How do we get our deal history into MarginArc?
Bulk import from CSV, XLSX, or JSON is available today. Dedicated CRM ingestion (Salesforce, HubSpot) is included in the design partner engagement.
Do you work with resellers or channel partners?
